MAINZ KOCHT!

The 13th Running Dinner

Delicious Food? New acquaintances?

Next time April, 2027!

Don't have a cooking partner yet? Then come check out the Connect to Cook event!

Thanks for a wonderful evening to more than 330 participants!

The next round of Mainz kocht! is planned for April 2027!

What to expect?

Twelve new acquaintances, a delicious three-course meal, and certainly an unforgettable evening. You and your team partner will prepare one of the three courses in your kitchen – the other two will be served to you. This way, six different people always come together.

We don't take language into account when assigning cooking partners or the courses, so there might be a mixture of languages at each table. We are sure everyone is having fun in any case!

Our Vision

Bringing people together. Creating space for exchange, encounter, and inspiration. Connecting generations. Breaking down barriers. Moving our city.

The focus is on the topic of sustainability: We offer participants the opportunity to cook with rescued food. Throughout the evening, we aim to raise awareness about the issue of food waste. Moreover, we "serve" discussion questions related to sustainability for each course.
